Privacy Policy
As data controller, MINACLASS registered under RCS number 900 338 161 PARIS and whose head office is located at 15, rue des Halles 75001 PARIS France, collects and processes data concerning Users for the purposes of:
— to execute the agreement arising from the General Terms accepted by the Users of the MINACLASS Application: we process your data indicated as mandatory in order to implement the agreement which binds us. If you do not provide us with this data, we will be unable to implement this agreement. The telephone number is used exclusively to send the account activation confirmation code, or, when circumstances require, to contact you for administrative purposes. The email address is used for the purposes of communicating administrative information (sending durable media, notification of change in contractual conditions, notification of dispute with another User, responses to your submissions to us, exercise of the right of withdrawal as well as other administrative exchanges). It can be used for prospecting purposes as described below.
— to monitor and implement reservation operations via the Integrated Payment Service, transfer of funds to bank accounts, payment and invoicing: we process your financial data because they are necessary to comply with legal obligations to which we are bound. This legal obligation is provided for by the following text: L.441-9 of the commercial code for invoicing and by banking regulations in the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism for payment operations of sums which you are due. If you fail to give them to us, you may be forced to do so or you may be deprived of your rights under the Law. Furthermore, you will be unable to carry out Transactions.
— to disseminate the User’s profile and provide part of the pre-contractual information elements to other Users interested in taking or giving Courses, as the case may be: we process your data indicated as mandatory and as optional in order to implement the agreement that binds us. If you fail to provide us with the required data, we will be unable to implement the agreement; for optional data, we will only publish on your profile the information that you have communicated to us: you may receive fewer requests to take or teach Courses. You can remove optional information at any time.
— to offer you similar products and services: MINACLASS and/or its partners may also use Users’ personal data for direct marketing purposes by email, under the conditions provided for in article L.34-5 of the Postal and Electronic Communications Code.
The User may object, at any time, to this use of his email address, by post to the company’s headquarters or by email to the address dataprotection@minaclass.com and using the term “stop spam” in the “subject” of the email. Failure to comply with this last instruction may result in a processing delay.
Your data will be stored and transferred as follows:
Data: Identification elements for the creation of the User Account (last name, first name, email address, telephone number, password). The data is kept on an active basis for the entire period of validity of the agreement which binds us then for a period of 6 months from the termination of the User Account. They are then kept in archives for a period until contractual liability has expired and are only reused in the event of a dispute. |
Data: Public profile items: mandatory data (surname, first name, course offers or requests) or optional (email contact address, photo, gender, autobiography, name of the higher education establishment attended, current level of studies, INE number, title of last diploma, availability, location). This data is injected by the User into the Application then stored and displayed by MINACLASS on the User profile, until modified or withdrawn by the User. Once injected by the User, they are kept for the entire duration of the User Account and then archived by MINACLASS for a period of 12 months from the termination of the User Account. This data is made public on the User’s profile and accessible to any person registered with the Application, until their deletion or modification by the User. |
Data: Elements necessary for the realization of financial flows (surname, first name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, card or bank account number, Transaction flow) This data is kept active until the date of termination of the User Account and then archived for the entire period required by French banking regulations (10 years, for invoices) and the legislation to which the electronic payment service provider is subject for the transactions carried out. The T&Cs of the payment service provider set out the terms and conditions for processing this data by the latter. These data are transferred to the electronic payment service provider chosen by MINACLASS. It collects other personal data directly from you that is necessary for the performance of its services. This information is also transmitted to the MINACLASS accounting firm for the purposes of bookkeeping. |
You have the right of access to personal data concerning you, the right to rectification or erasure thereof. You also have the right to data portability and limitation of processing.
The Data Protection and Freedom of Information Law (Loi Informatique et Libertés) recognizes your right to define directives relating to the conservation, erasure and communication of your personal data after your death, under the conditions provided for in article 85.

The exercise of these rights may be regulated and may be restricted or eliminated according to the legislation in force.
You can exercise all of your rights under the legislation on the protection of personal data by email: dataprotection@minaclass.com and request your right to remove your data by filling the following form https://www.minaclass.com/data-deletion.
Cookies
When “cookies” may be installed on the User’s terminal – during installation and use of the Application – the latter has the possibility of accepting or refusing them. This choice – open for all cookies other than those strictly necessary for the operation of the Application – may be modified at any time.
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers which are transferred to the hard drive of the computer or mobile terminal via the Internet browser, in order to allow the system:
(1) to recognize the browser and determine its settings, including the plug-ins installed there;
(2) to identify the User when connecting to the Website or when using the Application;
(3) to know the internet pages consulted and/or searched for on the Site and/or the Application in order to offer suitable suggestions.
(4) to offer, if necessary, suitable products.
Only the issuer of a cookie is likely to read or modify information contained in cookies or obtained through them.
When connecting to the Site, MINACLASS may be required, subject to the choice offered to the User, to install various cookies.
Several possibilities are offered to the User for managing cookies: the “help” or “option” sections of the toolbar of most browsers indicate how to refuse new “cookies” or obtain a message indicating their receipt, or how to deactivate all “cookies” or how to configure them.
The user can thus configure their navigation software so that:
(1) cookies are recorded or rejected, systematically or depending on their issuer,
(2) the acceptance or refusal of cookies is offered to them from time to time, before a cookie is likely to be recorded on their computer or terminal.
The user can choose at any time to express and modify their wishes regarding cookies, by the means described below and/or by expressing their refusal directly on the home page of the Site and/or the Application via the pop-up provided for this purpose.
The User’s setting of cookies may modify their Internet browsing and their conditions of access to certain Features or Tools, which may require the use of cookies. Blocking certain cookies may prevent the normal functioning or use of certain Features or Tools, or even the Application.

Behavioral cookies – MINACLASS does not currently collect or process personal information called “behavior” of the User, as defined by Order No. 2011-1012 of August 24, 2011 relating to electronic communications. Any installation of behavioral cookies on the Application will be subject to express prior authorization from the user, on the Application.
